Bleckmann is seeking a warehouse supervisor in the UK to lead designated areas, manage shift staffing, and drive safe, efficient stock control. The role requires strong leadership and experience in logistics, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 16:00-00:00 with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary up to £33,000.00 depending on skills and experience, plus a shift allowance.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for managing a designated warehouse area, overseeing processes, people, and stock accuracy. Plans labour and activities for the shift while maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive working environment.

• Leadership experience, ideally in logistics, retail, or ecommerce

• Accurate, quality-focused, and improvement-minded
• Strong communicator who engages and motivates team
• Analytical approach and highly attentive to details
