Commercial Recruitment is assisting a UK distributor in the orthopaedic sector to recruit a Stock Control / Business Administrator in Huntingdon. The role combines stock control, purchasing, logistics and admin to keep stock accurate and available.

You will manage high-value implants and loan kits, maintain traceability, and support office colleagues and suppliers to ensure timely supply and precise records.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in stock or inventory management.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proactive approach with the ability to achieve results.

Responsabilités

• Manage stock across multiple suppliers and maintain accurate stock records.
• Record and monitor lot and serial numbers; conduct cycle counts and stock takes.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies; monitor projection spreadsheets.
• Oversee goods-in, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch; organise courier collections.
• Monitor loan kits and report missing or damaged instruments; arrange repairs.
