Job summary

Steeper Inc. in Leeds is looking for an experienced Inventory & Stock Integrity Manager to ensure stock accuracy and value across the business. You will be responsible for maintaining effective stock discipline while supporting operational teams and ensuring complete visibility of inventory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stock management and process improvement, as well as experience working in regulated environments. Excellent communication and organisational skills are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience managing stock across a multi-site business.
• Experience in process improvement and prioritisation.
• Experience with RCA tools & CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Own national stock accuracy and integrity.
• Implement and maintain robust stock counting and audit standards.
• Analyse stock levels, ageing and valuation across divisions.
• Identify overstock, slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
• Investigate root causes of stock inefficiencies.
