Job summary

Aldi in Towcester is seeking a friendly, flexible team member to help stock shelves, serve customers and keep the store welcoming. You'\u2019ll be at the heart of the operation, moving quickly, checking deliveries and presenting products at their best.

The role offers a flexible contract of 10–20 hours per week, with shifts from 6am to 10pm depending on store needs. No prior retail experience required, just a positive attitude and reliability; full training and ongoing development are provided.

• Friendly, approachable, and ready to support customers and the team.
• Comfortable with replenishing stock at pace to ensure the best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
