Job summary

Aldi in the United Kingdom is seeking a flexible team member to work 10-20 hours per week, supporting customers and keeping shelves stocked. You will be at the heart of the store, helping deliveries and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.

No mandatory retail experience is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued. Training will be provided, with shifts starting early and ending late depending on store needs.

• Comfortable with replenishing stock at pace to ensure best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
