Job summary

Aldi in Wales is hiring a part-time store assistant. You’ll be at the heart of the store, handling deliveries, stocking shelves, assisting customers and helping create a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll join a fast-paced, friendly team. Shifts can start as early as 6am and finish as late as 10pm. This role is part-time (10–20 hours per week) with 28 days’ annual leave incl. bank holidays, access to an online wellness portal, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Comfortable with replenishing stock at pace to ensure the best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
