Job summary

Aldi in Northampton is seeking a friendly team member to keep stores running smoothly and help customers every day. You’ll be at the heart of the shop, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Shifts start early, with flexible hours between 10 and 20 per week. The role includes 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), access to wellness resources, and ongoing training to grow with the team.

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Comfortable replenishing stock at pace to ensure the best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can‑do attitude in a fast‑moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
