Job overview

You will perform support tasks and deliver bespoke services such as maintaining records, issuing documentation, and managing workloads to meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and update inventory levels in the management system.
  • Process stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments promptly.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and support reporting needs.
  • Prepare inventory reports on stock movement, shortages, and reordering alerts.
  • Assist with stock returns, disposals, and write-offs per company policies.
  • Support stock purchasing as directed by the Installation Project Manager.

Ideal candidate

  • Strong Excel and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management roles.
  • Analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Organized, pragmatic, and flexible in meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Experience working with key stakeholders.
