DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Stock and Systems Clerk to play a vital role in coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

What does the role entail?

As part of your duties, while maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Be responsible for daily stock control processes and procedures to ensure smooth control of stock through the supply chain
• Ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods inwards & returns onto WMS systems
• Maintain accurate stock figures and ensure they are reflected in WMS systems
• Release orders through the Warehouse Management System
• Create reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI

What do we need from you?

• Previous experience working in a Warehouse or Inventory environment
• Good IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
• Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and the operations team regularly
• The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
