Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Stock and Systems Admins for Park Farm, Wellingborough. The full-time role features rotating shifts (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm) and is based on site with on-site parking.

You will monitor stock discrepancies, manage WMS data, and coordinate inbound deliveries while supporting recall and reconciliation activities across storage locations. Excellent communication and Excel data entry skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is beneficial but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to rotating shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate stock discrepancies between physical and systemic counts.
• Investigate and resolve misplaced stock pallets.
• Support and administer the Pick function across teams.
• Support Goods-in function administration and processes.
• Book and schedule inbound deliveries respecting site capacity.
• Assist recalls and reconciliation for storage locations.
• Analyze WMS data to reduce stock loss and improve KPIs.
• Report performance against key contractual KPIs.
• Follow Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service.

Job description

Staffline is recruiting Stock and Systems Admins in Park Farm, Wellingborough.

The rate of pay is £14.08- £16.88 per hour

Overtime is paid at rate of £21.12- £23.92 per hour

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts. The hours of work are:

• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

• Monitor and investigate stock discrepancies between physical and systemic counts.
• Investigate and resolve misplaced stock pallets.
• Work cross-functionally to support and administrate the Pick function.
• Work cross-functionally to support and administrate the Goods-in function.
• Book and schedule inbound deliveries in line with pre-agreed site capacities.
• Support recall and reconciliation activity for onsite and offsite storage locations.
• Interrogate data from the WMS system to analyse and reduce stock loss.
• Report performance against the key contractual KPIs.
• Comply with and champion Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
• Always conduct yourself in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service
