About the Role
We're looking for a motivatedStock Administratorto join our growing team atHams Hall. This is a fast-paced and varied role that plays a key part in supporting efficient warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for managing stock accuracy, processing orders, and maintaining high standards of data integrity across all systems.

Hours: Rotating shifts 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00
Rate: £14.30
Key Responsibilities
- Accuratelyreceipt and record all inbound stockand deliveries
- Process, prioritise, and dispatch customer ordersefficiently
- Monitor and manageinternal stock transfersand movements
- Maintain accuraterecords for returned and damaged goods
- Investigate and reconcilestock discrepancies and picking errors
- Conductdaily stock and system checksto ensure data accuracy
- Preparestock consolidationsto optimise warehouse space
- Ensure clear communication duringshift handovers
- Liaise withinternal departments, suppliers, and transport teams
- Obtain and fileproofs of delivery (PODs)and manage stock returns
- Resolve outstanding issues and queries in a timely manner
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as aStock Administrator,Warehouse Administrator
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems such asSwisslog, SAP LES, ESP/GTS, or Red Prairie
- StrongIT literacy, with working knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellentcommunication and organisational skills
- Ability toadapt to changing prioritiesand learn new systems quickly
- Goodproblem-solving skillsand a proactive approach
- Basicfinancial awarenessand attention to numerical detail
- Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns
