Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for Stock & Admin Clerks at our distribution centre in Worksop. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, processing goods movements in the Warehouse Management System and investigating discrepancies to support audit compliance.

We offer full and part-time posts with shifts including early, afternoon, night, and weekends. On-site canteen, free parking, PPE provided, full training, and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive approach to maintaining stock accuracy and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily stock control activities to ensure accurate inventory management and the smooth flow of stock throughout the supply chain
• Process goods receipts, returns, and stock movements accurately and efficiently within the Warehouse Management System
• Maintain accurate stock records, ensuring physical stock levels are correctly reflected within system data
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, identifying root causes and supporting corrective actions where required
• Support warehouse compliance by completing stock audits and ensuring all processes are followed in line with operational and customer requirements
