Baker Hughes is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Stimulation to provide expert technical guidance for Acid and Proppant Stimulation, working with field teams and engineering groups worldwide. The role emphasizes safe operation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across service delivery processes.

You will act as SME, deliver remote support, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior staff, while supporting 24/7 operations and cross-functional planning to sustain high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM.
• Experience in Acid and Proppant Stimulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach and develop technical team members.
• Willingness to provide support outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support for Acid and Proppant Stimulation operations, ensuring safe and efficient job execution.
• Act as SME and deliver remote support, phone consultations, and technical documentation.
• Support critical field operations on a 24/7 basis when required.
• Investigate technical failures and collaborate with Engineering to develop solutions.
• Document best practices and lessons learned in knowledge systems.
• Raise technical alerts and communicate operational risks across the Service Delivery organization.
• Coach, mentor and develop technical personnel across teams.
• Support special projects, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
