An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ODTC/Contact Lens Clerk within Ophthalmology in Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
The post holder will provide an accurate, confidential, and supportive administration service for patients, clinical teams, carers, and internal and external agencies (Local Authority, Third Sector, CAIS), supporting the provision of a safe and efficient patient pathway. They will also provide information and appropriate support to families and carers.
The post holder will deliver an efficient, high-quality typing and administration service to support the ODTC/Contact Lens Service in managing patients’ medical case notes, maintaining an effective filing system, and supporting patients along the defined patient pathway.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
