Job summary

STERIS Instrument Processing in London is recruiting a Supervisor to oversee the on-site decontamination, instrument assembly and sterilisation teams. You will ensure safe, efficient practices and timely delivery of clean and sterile instruments.

Qualifications

Educated to a good general standard with demonstrable verbal and numerical abilities.
Basic end user IT skills to operate track and traceability IT system.

Responsibilities

Supervise decontamination, instrument assembly and sterilisation per quality standards.
Provide direct supervision to ensure timely delivery of clean/sterile instruments.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures and guidelines.
Monitor and record department quality assurance in the QMS.
Promote health and safety by training staff on procedures.
Participate as an integral member of the management team, driving innovation and improvement.
Assist Production Manager in planning and operational processes.
