Stephens Bakery in Dunfermline is seeking an Assistant Manager on a 30 hour contract to lead the shop team, deliver great customer service, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
You will assist with rota planning, opening and closing duties, training new starters, and supporting the team through busy periods while upholding our customer-first values and a positive, can-do culture.
