Sanctuary Personnel is seeking Step-Forward Foster Carers in Denbighshire to welcome a young person into your home and provide care during a pivotal transition from residential care to a stable, nurturing family environment.

Ideal applicants are 21+, have the legal right to work in the UK, hold a full driving licence, a spare bedroom, and are willing to register as self-employed. The role involves working with social workers and other professionals to support emotional and social development.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 21 or over with the right to work in the UK.
• Ability to provide full-time care with at least one carer at home.
• Willingness to register as self-employed and manage household responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time care for a young person transitioning from residential care.
• Create a stable, calm home environment and support development.
• Collaborate with social workers, therapists and other professionals.
• Help the young person stay connected to community, education and networks.
