Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older and legally allowed to work in the United Kingdom.
• Experience supporting children or adults with complex needs is desirable.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and foster panel approval.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time care for a child or sibling group in a safe home.
• Offer stability, routine, and reassurance to support development.
• Support emotional, behavioural, and social development in collaboration with professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver therapeutic, relationship-based care.
• Foster family relationships through Family Time and regular contact.
