This role includes specialist training, supervision and access to local networks, plus allowances and retrospectives according to the council’s foster care scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children, young people or adults, especially with complex needs.
• Ability to provide full-time care in a home setting.
• Must have the legal Right to Work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Full-time care for a child or sibling group transitioning from residential care.
• Provide stability, routine and nurturing in a family home.
• Support emotional, behavioural and social development with professionals.
