Job summary

Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd is seeking a seasoned steel erector to install and align structural steelwork on UK sites from drawings and specifications, ensuring quality and safety.

Candidates must hold CSCS, NVQ Level 3 in Capital Plant Steel Structures, IPAF 3a/3b and MP Connect cards, with experience on heavy engineering sites and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Capital Plant Steel Structures is required.
• CSCS card is required.
• IPAF card 3a/3b is required.
• MP Connect card is required.
• Experience on industrial or heavy engineering sites.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and site procedures.
• Good health and safety awareness and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Erection and installation of structural steelwork as per drawings and site specs.
• Assist with assembly, alignment and securing of steel structures.
• Collaborate with other trades to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Follow site health and safety procedures and comply with safety requirements.
• Use tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and deadlines.

Job description

Hours of Work:

Mon-Sat, approx 60hrs/week

PAYE Pay Rates:

The Role:

• Erection and installation of structural steelwork in line with engineering drawings and site specifications.
• Assist with the assembly, alignment and securing of steel structures and components.
• Work alongside other trades to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Follow site health and safety procedures and comply with all relevant safety requirements.
• Use tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards and within agreed timescales.

Requirements:

• CSCS card
• NVQ Level 3 in Capital Plant Steel Structures
• IPAF card 3a 3b
• MP Connect card
• Experience working on industrial or heavy engineering sites
• Ability to follow engineering drawings, instructions and site procedures.
• Good awareness of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
