Wright Engineering is recruiting Steel Erectors to join their dynamic team on site across projects in Power Stations, Waste Recovery, and Quarrying. You will read detailed drawings, install conveyors and ash handling systems, and uphold rigorous safety standards while operating plant equipment.

Overtime and weekend opportunities enhance earnings, with night allowances and a comprehensive pension plan. This is a full-time, permanent role with room for professional growth.

Formación

• NVQ in Steel Erecting is required.
• Experience in medium to heavy engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or GA's.
• Familiarity with plant operations is a plus (training provided).

Responsabilidades

• Read and apply engineering GA's and detailed drawings.
• Install and maintain equipment such as conveyors and ash handling systems.
• Uphold high safety standards while operating plant equipment (MEWP, Loadall, Slinger banksman, PASMA - training provided).

Job Role:

• Be part of an innovative team working on new-builds, maintenance, and overhauls.
• Engage in projects across Power Stations, Waste Recovery, Building Products Manufacture, and Quarrying.
• Utilize your skills in medium to heavy engineering, interpreting detailed drawings, and equipment installation.

What You'll Do:

• Read and apply engineering GAs and detailed drawings.
• Install and maintain essential equipment like conveyors and ash handling systems.
• Uphold the highest safety standards while operating plant equipment (MEWP, Loadall,
  Slinger banksman, PASMA - training provided).

Attractive Compensation:

• Competitive salary starting at £19.02/hour + £15 per night working away allowance + £25 per day sustenance allowance .
• Standard overtime rate of £28.53/hour and £38.04/hour on Sundays.
• Enhanced rates for overtime and weekends.
