Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover a static site in West London. The role focuses on PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding and general building services across a single site.

The ideal candidate should have a strong electrical or mechanical background and be capable of working independently, with 18th Edition advantageous. Salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000, DOE, with overtime and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial maintenance background across multiple disciplines.
• Technically capable, reliable and able to work independently.
• 18th Edition qualification advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance to keep the site running smoothly.
• Fault finding and general building services duties on a static site.
• Work on a West London site with both planned and reactive tasks.
