West London-based building services company seeks an experienced Mechanical / M&E Maintenance Engineer for a permanent static-site role. The engineer will manage planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical plant, plumbing and related services, ensuring reliable operation on a large site.

A mechanical or plumbing qualification is advantageous, with opportunities to progress within a stable, long-term contract.

Mechanical / M&E Maintenance Engineer – Static Site

West London | Permanent | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

We’re working with an established building services business looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical / M&E Maintenance Engineer to join the team on a large static site in West London.

This is a permanent, site-based position and would suit an engineer from a commercial building services or FM background who enjoys working across a varied mechanical maintenance remit.

The role will include:

• Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance
• Maintenance and repair of mechanical building services plant and systems
• Commercial plumbing maintenance and minor installations
• Fault finding and identifying practical, cost-effective solutions
• General plant room and building services duties
• Completing relevant service and maintenance documentation
• Liaising with the wider engineering team and site management
• Maintaining a high standard of service in a client-facing environment

We’re looking for someone with previous experience working within commercial building services / facilities maintenance, ideally from a static-site environment. A mechanical engineering or plumbing qualification would be advantageous.

This could suit someone currently working as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, M&E Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Multi-Skilled Engineer.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
