Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our quarry and aggregates operations. This hands-on role maintains, inspects and repairs static plant equipment, ensuring safe, efficient operation and accurate maintenance records.

You will work on crushing and screening plants, and may support other sites in the local area, with potential travel allowances for longer journeys. Ideal candidates will hold EPIC certification to operate mobile plant and an NVQ Level 2 in

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and records keeping.
• Strong health and safety awareness relevant to quarry regs.
• Experience with burning and welding operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair static plant equipment safely and efficiently.
