Heidelberg Materials UK from Whatley Quarry in Frome is seeking a skilled Nights Maintenance Fitter to join our engineering team. You will perform mechanical maintenance, fault identification and repair on fixed plant and machinery during night shifts, following the site plan and budget.

We welcome candidates from automotive or agricultural engineering backgrounds who enjoy hands-on, fast-paced work. The role is based at Whatley Frome with a 42.5-hour week and night shifts, with overtime

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanical fitting experience.
• Experience with automotive mechanics.
• Experience with agricultural machinery maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical maintenance & repairs on fixed plant and machinery.
• Planned and preventative maintenance per site plans and budgets.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support installations and calibrations.
