Intelli-Park (Total Parking Solutions) is seeking a Parking Operative (Static) at Weston Super-Mare Hospital. The role involves patrolling client sites, answering queries and issuing notices in line with BPA policies, with a focus on service quality and safety.

The position is full-time, 30 hours per week, with a 5‑day rota and occasional shifts changes to meet business needs. Weekly pay, ongoing training, and full uniform are provided to support a professional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Potential DBS check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review and identify improvements in signage, site layout and customer experience.
• Issue parking charge notices in line with BPA policies.
• Apply consistent time management to ensure proper site coverage.
• Assist the public with parking queries and provide clear guidance.
• Patrol client sites and respond to on-site concerns.
• Follow processes with precision and uphold BPA standards.
• Uphold fairness, integrity and ethical conduct.
