Job summary

Horizon Parking Ltd is seeking a Static Patrol Officer for a temporary assignment at Premier Inn Heathrow, T4, Feltham. The role is 28 hours per week, 6am–2pm on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, until Xmas 2026, with a pay rate of £13.85 per hour.

You will patrol the site, support management, and ensure safe, accessible parking while upholding company values. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package including annual bonus, pension, sick pay, birthday holiday, mental health support, cycle-to-work

• Good phone technology skills and comfortable with customer interfacing.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the car park in line with company procedures and policies.
• Build professional relationships with site management and third parties.
• Improve accessibility for site users and protect disabled spaces.
• Enforce terms and conditions of the car park and issue tickets when needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers as required.
• Report incidents and faults promptly to the Line Manager.
• Follow health and safety policies and safe working practices.
• Carry out additional tasks as required.

• Patrol around the car park in accordance to company procedures and policies.
• Build professional relationships with site management teams and maintain a good image when dealing with third parties.
• Improve accessibility for all site users.
• Protection of disabled spaces.
• Management of abuse of parking facilities.
• Issue parking tickets to drivers of vehicles that breach the terms and conditions of the car park.
• Provide excellent customer services and assist customers as and when required.
• Accurate and immediate reporting of all incidents and faults to the Line Manager.
• Carry out duties in line with company health and safety policies and follow safe working practices.
• Carry out any other tasks and instructions as and when required.
