Job summary

Randstad C&P are working with a national FM client to onboard a Static Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Hampshire. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation, compliance, and safety of a range of hard and soft FM systems across the site.

You will deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across site electrical, mechanical, BMS, fire, CCTV, and water hygiene systems using CAFM. RAMS, permits, and AP duties form part of daily safety-critical tasks.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician (18th Edition desirable).
• C&G 2391/2 Inspection and Testing (training provided if not held).
• Engineering qualification at BTEC National Diploma or City & Guilds level.
• First Aid at Work certificate.
• Authorised Person (AP) status in electrical and/or mechanical disciplines (training provided).
• Must be able to gain UK SC Security Clearance.
• Full, valid UK driving licence for car and van.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across site electrical, mechanical, BMS, fire, CCTV, and water hygiene systems using CAFM.
• Perform fault finding, statutory inspections, testing, calibration, and remedy defects to ensure contract compliance.
• Act as an Authorised Person (AP) under JSP375 to issue, control, and close permits-to-work and manage isolations.
• Complete RAMS for all tasks, ensuring safe execution, PPE, and tooling compliance.
