Atlas Workplace Services Limited in Farnborough is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our on‑site engineering team. You will deliver PPM, compliance tasks, and reactive repairs across multiple trades.

The role requires strong multi‑trade experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a client-facing environment, with a focus on safety and high standards of service. Experience with MAXIMO/CAFM on Android tablets and quoting minor works is beneficial.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
• L8 Legionella training and IOSH Working Safely desirable.
• 2 years in a multi-site maintenance role; 1 year in customer‑facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), statutory compliance tasks, and reactive repairs across multiple disciplines.
• Complete works in line with contract SLAs and Atlas engineering standards.
• Undertake minor works and fault‑finding activities efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all activities are accurately recorded via the Maximo CAFM system.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication at all times.
• Support quoting of minor works, including labour and material estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, schedulers, and account support teams.
• Participate in the call-out rota and respond to out‑of‑hours requirements when required.
