Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Static Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Hampshire to ensure continuous operation, compliance and safety of FM systems. The role covers electrical, mechanical, BMS, fire, CCTV and water hygiene tasks on site.

The appointment offers a permanent, full-time contract with a competitive package and a generous pension; 33 days holidays incl. bank holidays. You will work Monday-Thursday and Friday, with a stable day shift.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with 18th Edition desirable.
• C&G 2391/2 Inspection and Testing qualification.
• Engineering qualification at BTEC National Diploma or City & Guilds level.
• First Aid at Work certificate.
• AP status in electrical and/or mechanical disciplines (training provided).
• UK SC Security Clearance ability and full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across site electrical, mechanical, BMS, fire, CCTV, and water hygiene systems using CAFM.
• Perform fault finding, statutory inspections, testing, calibration, and remedy defects to ensure contract compliance.
• Act as an Authorised Person (AP) under JSP375 to issue, control, and close permits-to-work and manage isolations.
• Complete risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for all tasks, ensuring safe execution, PPE, and tooling compliance.

Randstad C&P are working with a national FM client to onboard a Static Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Hampshire. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation, compliance, and safety of a range of hard and soft FM systems across the site.

Package

• £38,000 - £42,500 per annum (depending on experience)
• Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 16:00
• Permanent and full-time

Duties
