Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a Fabric Technician for a static site near Bordon. The role covers plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance on a full-time basis on a static site in the Bordon area.

The ideal candidate has proven plumbing and carpentry experience, with relevant trade qualifications and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; strong communication skills are essential.

Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team on a static site around the Bordon area.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Carpentry work
• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• General maintenance and repairs as required
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner
