Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants is recruiting a skilled Maintenance Electrician for a busy Facilities Management team in Pirbright, Surrey. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites, with a focus on safe electrical systems and customer service.

The successful candidate will hold NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering, 18th Edition, and a full UK driving licence. Salary £40,000-£45,000 DOE with excellent benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
• 18th Edition qualification.
• Experience undertaking planned and reactive maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Attend reactive maintenance callouts and complete first-fix repairs where possible.
• Identify faults and assess repair requirements.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules.
• Complete repairs arising from Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Produce minor works certification where required.
• Maintain accurate and auditable maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and procedures.
• Build positive relationships with clients and site contacts.
• Participate in the on-call rota when required.
• Support wider operational and maintenance activities as needed.
