Morgan Jones is recruiting a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join its facilities management team in Pirbright, Surrey. The role covers reactive and planned electrical maintenance across commercial sites with a salary of £40,000-£45,000 DOE.

You will hold NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering and 18th Edition, have strong fault-finding skills, full UK driving licence, and be committed to safety, records and on-call duties. Excellent benefits and long-term stability offered.

• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Attend reactive maintenance callouts and complete first-fix repairs where possible.
• Identify faults and assess repair requirements.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules.
• Complete repairs arising from Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Produce minor works certification where required.
• Maintain accurate and auditable maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and procedures.
• Build positive relationships with clients and site contacts.
• Participate in the on-call rota when required.
• Support wider operational and maintenance activities as needed.

The Opportunity

Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation looking to appoint a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join its Facilities Management team.

Key Responsibilities
