A facilities and maintenance company is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join their team on a static site near Reading. Responsibilities include conducting PPM and reactive works, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining all plant and equipment on site. Applicants must be fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and possess the 18th edition qualification. Qualifications

• Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required.
• Possess 18th edition qualification.
• 2391 Test and inspection certification is highly desirable.
• Experience working in occupied office environments.
• A valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site.
• Ensure work aligns with task schedules and industry best practices.
• Monitor main plant and equipment within buildings.
• Maintain professional image and promote services.
• Manage site logbook system and ensure paperwork is current.
