Job summary

Randstad CPE seeks an experienced Temporary Static Maintenance Electrician for our client’s facility in Alloa. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and full-time hours Monday to Friday, with 38.75 hours per week.

You will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs, diagnose electrical faults on single and three-phase circuits, and ensure compliance with the 18th Edition regulations. DBS checked and transport required.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 and City & Guilds 2360/2330/2357.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Experience in static/facilities maintenance environment.
• Own transport due to on-call requirements.
• Current DBS check.

Job description

Randstad C&P are seeking an experienced and reliable Temporary Static Maintenance Electrician to provide essential cover for planned and reactive electrical maintenance within our clients facility in Alloa.

The Package:

• Temporary Vacancy


• Competitive pay rate of between £22 - £26 per hour


• Overtime opportunities


• Full-time working hours Monday to Friday, 38.75 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on a variety of electrical systems and equipment.


• Conduct fault-finding and diagnosis on single-phase and three-phase circuits.


• Ensure all work complies with the latest electrical regulations (e.g., 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).


• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.


• Adhere to all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrician (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2360/2330/2357).


• Must hold the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.


• Proven experience in a static/facilities maintenance environment.


• Essential: Must have own transport due to on-call requirements.


• Must hold a current DBS check.
