Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking an experienced and reliable Temporary Static Maintenance Electrician to cover planned and reactive electrical maintenance at our client’s facility in Alloa.

This temporary vacancy offers a competitive pay rate of £22–£26 per hour, overtime opportunities and full-time hours (38.75 per week), Monday to Friday.You will perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical systems, diagnose faults on single- and three-phase circuits, and

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds 2360/2330/2357.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Experience in static/facilities maintenance.
• Own transport required for on-call duties.
• Current DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct fault-finding on single-phase and three-phase circuits.
• Ensure all work complies with the latest electrical regulations (18th Edition).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed.
• Adhere to site health and safety procedures.

Job description

Randstad C&P are seeking an experienced and reliable Temporary Static Maintenance Electrician to provide essential cover for planned and reactive electrical maintenance within our clients facility in Alloa.

The Package

• Full-time working hours Monday to Friday, 38.75 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on a variety of electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct fault-finding and diagnosis on single-phase and three-phase circuits.
• Ensure all work complies with the latest electrical regulations (e.g., 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
• Adhere to all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrician (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2360/2330/2357).
• Must hold the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Proven experience in a static/facilities maintenance environment.
• Essential: Must have own transport due to on-call requirements.
• Must hold a current DBS check.
