Job summary

Artic Building Services Ltd is seeking skilled HVAC professionals in London and surrounding areas. The role involves carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks on client sites, completing PDA tasks, and preparing reports on additional works.

You will liaise with clients and contract managers, and ensure accurate site asset information and timely timesheets. The ideal candidate will have completed AC/Refrigeration apprenticeships with current Safe Handling (2079), a solid HVAC/building services

Qualifications

• Completed applicable apprenticeship and possess relevant AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications. Including up to date Safe Handling (2079)
• Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment
• A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry
• Proven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including VRF, VRVS, AHU’s, Cold-rooms and Specialist Refrigeration
• Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork
• Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective
• Positive attitude “can do will do”
• Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
• Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales
• Provide technical support to administration staff as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
• Provide Further works reports where required
• Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
• Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable
• Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday
