Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Static AC Engineer for a high-profile commercial site in Mayfair, Central London. This on-site role offers a Monday to Friday 8am-5pm shift, with up to £50,000 base salary, overtime, call-out allowances and benefits.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a large AC estate, work with VRV/VRF and split systems, perform fault finding and servicing, and support a long-term facility management team committed to staff development.

Qualifications

• F-Gas qualification required.
• Strong AC maintenance and fault-finding experience.
• Experience with VRV/VRF and split systems.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Able to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a large AC estate.
• Work on VRV, VRF and split systems.
• Fault finding, servicing and repairs.
• Basic AHU maintenance and filter changes.
• PPM and reactive works across approximately 87 AC systems.
• Work closely with the client and site teams in a professional, customer-facing environment.
