Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Maintenance Joiner for a static role in Glasgow to perform maintenance and minor fabric repairs, ensuring the facility operates safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 in a relevant trade and have at least 2 years of experience in building services or facilities maintenance, with a competitive salary, 37.5 hours per week, 33 days annual leave, a pension, overtime opportunities and professional development.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant trade.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working within building services or facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and minor fabric repairs, including statutory fire door inspections, smoke/intumescent strip replacements, plasterwork, touch-up painting, and lock repairs.
• Maintain complete and highly accurate records of all completed work and inspections.
• Take responsibility for the daily inspection and routine maintenance of standard and specialised tools.
• Serve as the on-call engineer with additional compensation provided for accrued call-out time.
• Travel and assist at other client sites or company locations as directed by your line manager.
