Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Static Engineer for an Air Conditioning role in Milton Keynes (MK9). This permanent full-time position offers a base salary of £44,000 plus a benefits package and a Monday–Friday, 40-hour week.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring safety and compliance across the site. You’ll work with subcontractors, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement while prioritising a reliable and efficient operation for the Milton Keynes

Qualifications

HVAC qualification and F Gas certification are required.
Experience in planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Good IT skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Support the engineering team to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
Monitor and interact with the Building Management System (BMS).
Complete and maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Promote and follow best engineering and maintenance practices.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, policies and procedures.
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Take a proactive approach to fault finding and problem solving.
Review permits to work and ensure safe working practices.
Maintain understanding of site emergency procedures.
