SER Limited is seeking an experienced Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a central Manchester site. The role focuses on commercial building services maintenance within a multi-story office block, with no company vehicle or parking.
The position is permanent and based on site, with structured on-site tasks. Candidates should hold City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 electrical qualifications, 18th Edition, and ideally AM2.
Qualifications
- Strong Commercial Electrical Maintenance background.
- Based in commutable distance to central Manchester.
- Qualified electrical engineer (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3).
- Must have 18th Edition.
- AM2 certification preferred.
- Static site operation (no vehicle/parking).
- Some mechanical experience is advantageous.
