Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Static Maintenance Engineer to support a major facilities contract in Bristol. You will act as the first point of contact for PPM and reactive work across the site, handling lighting, power upgrades and basic fabric repairs.

The role involves 40 hours/week with a rotating shift pattern and an on-call rota 1 in 4 weeks. Benefits include a competitive pension, life assurance and access to a training academy.

Qualifications

• Experience performing PPM and reactive maintenance on facilities.
• Able to work on electrical installations and repairs to a high standard.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and building services basics.
• Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on site.
• Perform lighting and power upgrades; circuit board repairs.
• Emergency light testing and general fabric maintenance.
• Support with minor fabric works and repairs as required.
