The Ministry of Justice's Security Group is seeking a Project/Programme Officer to support HMPPS’s response to state threats. Responsibilities include managing workstreams, keeping the programme plan and risk register current, and tracking spend.

You will also provide administrative and project support to governance forums and document key decisions and actions. Hybrid working within the UK is offered; the role requires security and identity checks before taking up post as part of a two-year

• Relevant experience evidenced in CV or work history and statement of suitability.

• Project manage multiple workstreams across HMPPS's response to state threats with timely, quality delivery of milestones.
• Maintain the programme plan, risk register and programme documents with workstream leads.
• Provide governance support, documenting and implementing key decisions and actions.
• Prepare project documentation for key meetings and briefings.
• Track project spend and budget; design and implement reporting processes.
