Job summary

University of Lincoln is seeking a creative Community Coordinator to join the Venture Development team. You will help build a vibrant start-up community for tenants, partners and colleagues, planning events, creating content that highlights tenant successes, and guiding tours for prospective tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering events and marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage tenants and partners and gather feedback.
• Budget management and project delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing and promotion of our commercial office provision and Venture Development activities across social media, the website, newsletters and other channels.
• Build positive relationships with tenants, founders and partners, acting as a key point of contact and carrying out regular check-ins to gather feedback and identify opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver a programme of networking events, workshops and community initiatives, and evaluate their success.
• Manage tenancy enquiries, centre tours and prospecting activity, and coordinate tenant inductions and departures to support occupancy targets.
• Use engagement and occupancy data to produce reports and insights, and identify ways to improve our service.
