Role Overview

You'll work closely with the Store Manager, preparing beverages, maintaining presentation, supervising colleagues, and taking charge during shifts in the Store Manager's absence, leading and motivating the team to achieve goals.

A Typical Day as a Supervisor

• Supervise, delegate tasks, motivate colleagues, assist with training, and ensure timely completion of duties.
• Promote a welcoming environment, ensuring excellent customer service and upselling.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration, maintaining accurate records.
• Participate in food preparation, ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, vibrant store atmosphere, being friendly and approachable.
• Lead by example, ensuring adherence to uniform regulations and providing cover during busy periods or absences.
• Prepare coffee, food, and beverages according to standards.
