Job Title: Starbucks Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at our welcoming Starbucks Store! As a Team Leader, you will manage the store in the absence of the Manager and act as a key support to the Store Managers.

Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales and profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will focus on leading and engaging the team, participating in beverage preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving customers.

This role may require late-night shifts and store closing, and applicants must be 18 years or older.
