Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at our welcoming Starbucks Store. As a Team Leader, you will manage the store in the absence of the Manager, acting as a right-hand person to our Store Managers.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include leading and engaging the team, making beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving customers.

This role may require late-night shifts and store closing duties. Applicants must be 18 years or over.
