Job summary

Malmaison Birmingham seeks a Customer-focused Starbucks Barista to deliver great coffee, food and service on a permanent basis. You will join a team in a busy lounge-style setting, working 32 hours per week and earning £13.01 per hour.

You will support your Manager, lead your shift, and help inspire a guest-centric team while maintaining high standards and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced cafe or coffee bar.
• Passion for coffee and fresh food with a positive attitude.
• Ability to lead a shift and support a manager.
