Job summary

Malmaison Birmingham is seeking a Starbucks Barista to join our team, helping deliver top-quality beverages and fresh food with outstanding guest service. You will work a 32-hour week at £13.01 per hour, in a permanent role, supporting daily operations and brand standards.

You’ll lead shifts with the Team Manager to keep motivation high and ensure our customers enjoy a premium coffee experience. Passion for coffee, customer care, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Passion for fresh food, great coffee and customer service in a coffee bar.
• Support the Manager to lead and motivate the team to deliver sales and profit.
• Experience with Starbucks beverages and product knowledge.
