Job summary

Ryanair Ltd. is seeking an Outstation Manager to be based at Stansted Airport, leading Ryanair's engineering line stations across the South of the UK.

The role requires operational leadership, strong people management, and a proactive approach to safety, reliability and performance in maintenance operations. The position reports to the UK Outstation Manager and involves regular visits to UK Line Stations, managing maintenance, incidents and AOGs, and ensuring regulatory compliance with CAA/EASA

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operations management role within aviation.
• Strong team management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Full computer literacy with MS Office.
• Knowledge of UK CAA and EASA Part 145 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Management of Routine Maintenance, Aircraft Incidents & AOG's.
• Manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement and staff performance management.
• Ensuring spares, tooling and facilities are available at each location.
• Conducting regular visits to Line Stations across the UK, ensuring staff welfare and regulatory compliance.
• Investigating maintenance delays, Engineering Safety Reports and Non-Compliances & implementing corrective actions.
